My Copper Patina Art Takes Upwards of 3 Months To Complete, Start To Finish. Because The Process Is Quite Labor Intensive, Involving Many Steps, I Only Make a Limited Number Of Pieces. I Make About A Dozen Pieces Every 3 Months And Once They Are Sold, They Are Gone.

My art comes from my heart & my soul. I believe God inspired me to create these pieces so we may treasure and protect our oceans and all of its sea creatures that live within.
Thank you for taking a few moments to enjoy my copper patina work and craftsmanship. It has taken me over 11 years to perfect my process which you may now enjoy in your home! Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind and can be passed down for generations!
The inspiration for my pieces come from my profound love of the ocean, not only in its beautiful blues and greens but also in the sea creatures that live within its expanse and depth. From the deep blue ocean to the Gulfstream and even into the sounds and bays, it is easy to be drawn into the beauty of the abundant sea life. From sea turtles to nautilus, they capture my fascination and imagination.
The natural patina process of copper and bronze frequently remind me of the colors we find in the ocean and its sea life. So one day, the artist and scientist inside of myself got together, to bring the patina process into art with sea life being the focal point of interest. It is impossible to replicate any two pieces of copper patina art just as it is impossible to replicate the design patterns and colors of each living sea creature.
Each piece of art comes with an artisan packet including a signed Certificate Of Authenticity for art collectors.
