The Story:
After living full-time in Beaufort NC for 25 years, I have fallen in love with our town, its barrier islands, wild horses, the endless variety of boats which pass through our waterways, our local shrimp boats, our sea life, our bird life and Cape Lookout National Seashore.
This is a painting of mine from Beaufort Harbor on Taylors Creek just before The Big Rock Sportfishing Tournament. The singular Sportfish Yacht shows its beauty and majesty against the Beaufort Docks and surrounding restaurants like Clawsons and retail shops.
