The Story:
For 15 years I cruised and traveled through the Bahamas exploring the Out Islands. So many wonderful people I met and sights I saw. The Abacos, Marsh Harbour, Elbow Cay, Green Turtle Cay, Guana Cay, Man O' War Cay, The Exumas, Stocking Island, Nassau, Chub Cay and Southward.
This painting is a view from a local watering hole on Green Turtle Cay. The burgees added much bright color while the bills added much character with love notes, dates and boat names written on them. It's 5 o'clock somewhere and at almost any bar in the Bahamas it's always 5 o'clock!
